Welcome to KarigarPro. By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. The Nature of the Platform

KarigarPro operates as a digital directory and marketplace. We provide a platform that connects customers (Users) with independent service providers (Karigars).

• We are not an employer: KarigarPro does not employ any of the professionals listed on the app.

• Independent Service: All professionals listed are independent contractors.

• Direct Interaction: The platform facilitates discovery only. All negotiations, service agreements, and payments occur directly between the User and the Karigar via call or WhatsApp.

2. User Responsibilities

By using KarigarPro, you agree:

• To provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

• To use the platform for lawful purposes only.

• To conduct yourself with respect when communicating with Karigars.

• That you are solely responsible for verifying the identity, skills, and credentials of any Karigar you choose to hire.

3. Karigar (Professional) Responsibilities

By registering as a Karigar on our platform, you agree:

• To provide accurate details regarding your skills, services, and service areas.

• To maintain professional conduct and perform services to a high standard.

• That you are solely responsible for the services you provide, including any damages or issues arising from your work.

• To ensure you have the necessary permissions or licenses required by local laws to perform your trade.

4. No Liability for Transactions or Work

KarigarPro is not a party to the agreement between the User and the Karigar.

• Payments: KarigarPro does not handle, process, or hold any payments. All financial transactions are strictly between the User and the Karigar.

• Disputes: We do not mediate or settle disputes between Users and Karigars. If a service is unsatisfactory, the User must resolve the issue directly with the Karigar.

• Safety & Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by any Karigar. We recommend that Users perform their own due diligence before hiring or inviting a professional into their home or office.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, KarigarPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Any interaction, communication, or service agreement between Users and Karigars.

• Any loss or damage to property or personal injury caused by a Karigar.

• Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by Users or Karigars.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account (User or Karigar) at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is illegal, or is harmful to our community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with KarigarPro are the exclusive property of KarigarPro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from our platform without our express written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
